Nice house in a quiet area but close to the center of the town of Sant Hilari Sacalm, which is a mountain town with a good location: - 1h 15min from the center of Barcelona, 40min from Girona, 25min from Vic. The beach is about 45min and the ski slopes at 1h 40min. Girona airport at 40min and AVE train at 45min. It has a fiber optic internet connection, perfect for teleworking. Very well decorated house with excellent qualities and lots of light. There are solar panels to heat the water.
